Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Chandler, AZ, or can also be fully remote in the US.

Compensation: Salary range is $55,000- $80,000, plus bonus

About the Role

As the Product Manager - D&H Distribution Strategy, you'll play a critical role in aligning Insight's Commercial SMB business with one of our key distribution partners: D&H. You'll be responsible for supporting high-impact sales motions through strategic use of partner funding, deal strategy support, sales reporting, and operational acceleration. This role is a core driver of Insight's Optimized to Win initiative and will serve as the connective tissue between sales, partner management, procurement, finance, and D&H.

As the Product Manager, You Will Get To

  • Identify top sales opportunities within our SMB pipeline where partner funding can be applied to increase win rates and accelerate close velocity.
  • Partner with sales teams to evaluate pricing scenarios, optimize fund allocations, and support strategic deal negotiation
  • Review end-of-quarter backlog to identify delayed orders and reroute eligible opportunities through D&H to meet client timelines
  • Assist with developing and managing dashboards and reporting that track device campaign engagement, seller activity, and strategic alignment
  • Act as the go-to liaison between Partner Management, Sales teammates, Procurement, and the D&H team to ensure flawless operational execution and performance tracking
  • Manage monthly and ad hoc device and sales reporting to provide real-time visibility into business performance
  • Support budget management, including PO reconciliation, proof-of-performance validation, and ongoing tracking of partner funded initiatives
  • Orchestrate go-to-market events and ensure successful execution and follow-through on partner-sponsored campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or sales operations (channel experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of distributor operations, partner funding programs, and sales negotiation strategy
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
  • Proven track record managing marketing budgets, partner proof-of-performance, and campaign ROI
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting a Commercial SMB business or working within distribution programs is highly desirable
