CyberCoders, Inc. is partnering with OpenAI to place a remote Partner Learning Consultant who will serve as the trusted learning advisor to OpenAI's partners.

You will help delivery teams build technical and business skills, turning business goals into practical learning roadmaps that move the needle. You will collaborate with partner leaders, OpenAI teams, and certification programs, shaping enablement strategy, tracking progress with data, and driving adoption of training and readiness plans

Qualificações

• 5+ years in partner enablement, learning consulting, technical training, customer education, or program management in tech.
• Experience designing and running learning or certification programs for large/global partners.
• Strong consultative instincts to diagnose needs and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent program and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring outcomes and improving programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding how skilling impacts delivery quality and customer impact.
• Familiarity with OpenAI products, APIs, or AI/ML concepts is a plus.

• Track learner engagement, progress, and certification results, and spot trends and gaps early.
• Share clear reporting and insights with partners and internal teams.
• Find ways to improve the programs, processes, and overall partner experience.

Who We Are

This is one of the highest-visibility enablement roles in AI right now. We're looking for someone to represent OpenAI directly as the trusted learning advisor to its partners, helping their delivery teams build the skills and certifications they need to bring OpenAI solutions to customers. You'll work with partner leaders and OpenAI's internal teams to turn business goals into learning roadmaps that actually move the needle.

The Role

As a Partner Learning Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to OpenAI's partners, helping their delivery teams build stronger technical and business skills. You'll sit at the crossroads of enablement, partner success, and learning strategy: figuring out what partners need, building learning plans around it, and driving adoption of OpenAI's training, certification, and readiness programs. You'll work closely with partner stakeholders and OpenAI's internal teams to turn business priorities into practical roadmaps, then track results and use data to keep improving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with partner stakeholders to pinpoint skill gaps, delivery readiness, and top skilling priorities
• Build and run learning and certification plans tied to shared business goals
• Be the go-to learning advisor for partners on programs, tools, certifications, and readiness pathways

• Help partners adopt the tools used to track readiness, capability, and certification goals

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in partner enablement, learning consulting, technical training, customer education, or program management in a tech environment
• A track record of designing and running learning or certification programs for large or global partner organizations
• Strong consultative instincts: you can diagnose needs, influence stakeholders, and turn goals into real plans
• Sharp program and project management skills, and comfort juggling several priorities at once
• A data-driven mindset for measuring outcomes and improving programs over time
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the presence to advise senior stakeholders
• A commercial sense of how partner skilling ties into delivery quality, adoption, and customer impact
• Familiarity with OpenAI products, APIs, or AI/ML concepts, or the curiosity to pick them up fast
• A plus if you've worked in a partner-facing, sales-facing, customer-facing, or technical enablement role
