Kahana Feld, a national law firm with a California presence, is seeking a Labor and Employment Partner to join our California team. This role offers an equity partnership track in a firm that values teamwork and mentorship and provides a supportive culture.

Ideal candidates will have partner-level Labor and Employment experience, California bar admission in good standing, and the ability to run files and manage clients and carrier relationships.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $250,000 - $350,000 plus discretionary and hours based bonuses.
