Job summary

KAHANA & FELD LLP is looking for a Labor and Employment Partner to join our Texas team. This role offers an opportunity to become an equity partner at a national firm that values teamwork without the need for a business book. Competitive base compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, along with additional bonuses. Ideal candidates will have partners-level experience in Labor and Employment law and a Texas bar membership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at the partner level in Labor and Employment law.
• Ability to manage and run files for clients.
• Strong references that demonstrate stability in employment.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $250,000 - $350,000 plus discretionary and hours based bonuses.
