Job description

Position Summary:

Partner Integration Consultants will work with partners and clients to execute new partner integrations or enhance existing ones. They will determine the best processes and configurations to meet the specific needs of each project, implement new processes, evaluate existing ones, and recommend improvements.

Expected Duties:

  1. Manage individual partner integration projects.
  2. Advise organizations on integrating technological systems and programs.
  3. Oversee the entire process from planning and configuration to installation, including post-installation support and troubleshooting.
  4. Provide proactive support for focus sites and embedded partners, guiding on integration strategies.
  5. Manage setup, analysis, validation, and data exchange integration.
  6. Coordinate cross-functional tasks, create and manage project plans, and assist in developing scope documentation.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The candidate should handle moderate scope problems, working independently with minimal instruction, and adapt processes as needed. Key skills include judgment within procedures, building relationships, and collaboration. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
