• 15+ years of leadership experience in Insights & Analytics
• Deep expertise in research design, data analytics, and vendor management
• Proven ability to defend methodological choices and communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering high-impact, scalable client solutions
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• History of building, managing, and developing world-class teams
