Job summary

GOVX in San Diego, CA seeks a Partner Success Associate to optimize partner performance and enhance revenue across multiple streams. You will work with partners on assortment, pricing, contracts, and marketing while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office-based project work experience.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own 10-15 partner accounts as the primary GOVX contact.
• Analyze partner performance and provide optimization recommendations to improve revenue and margins.
• Coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams to ensure fast and effective partner setup.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and marketing funding with partners.
• Maintain CRM records and report monthly on KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Catalog Operations, and Product teams to optimize on-site presence.
