Partner Growth Analyst Responsibilities

1. Work with marketers to develop frameworks and create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of scaled outreach efforts.
2. Develop data-centric strategies to drive different yet effective marketing programs for creators across verticals, with customized goals for product fit, and at different life cycles.
3. Deep dive into campaign performance to extract key learnings and common themes, then collaborate with stakeholders to inform best practices.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional data and product teams across business applications to define problem statements, access and manipulate data, build analytical models, explain data-gathering requirements, deliver analytics insights, and make recommendations.
5. Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting and communication, and use analytical models to identify insights to drive key decisions across leadership and the organization.
6. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
2. Requires 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation involving:
1. Design and deployment of marketing programs for sales and marketing teams.
2. Presentation, communication, and cross-function alignment.
3. Building data pipelines and models using Python.

Compensation and Benefits

$168,812/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits
