Job description

The Partner Success and Services team is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to execute regional events that will deliver outcomes relating to collaboration, strategic realization and ensure effective scale of Autodesk strategies through our Partner Ecosystem. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Partner Readiness and Events and will be a critical business partner to Autodesk’s EMEA Channel Sales, Sales and Customer Success Leadership and stakeholders. You will coordinate content, ensure execution excellence to ensure all stakeholders have what they need to help partners improve their Autodesk business in an effective way leveraging a programmatic approach based on standardization and best practices.

This person is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that involve external partners, primarily focusing on building and maintaining relationships with those partners through event experiences, while aligning with company goals and objectives by managing event logistics, budgets, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost optimization

Create detailed event timelines, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audiovisual setups

Oversee event registration, attendee management, and on-site operations

Manage all pre-event preparation and communication

Event Marketing and Promotion

Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote events to partners and target audience

Coordinate with marketing teams to leverage various channels for event promotion

Manage event branding and messaging to ensure consistency across platforms

Post-Event Analysis

Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success against key metrics (e.g., attendee satisfaction, partner engagement, ROI)

Gather feedback from partners and attendees to identify areas for improvement in future events

Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with internal stakeholders

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with teams across channel sales, sales, marketing, customer success, and product development, to align growth strategies and ensure smooth execution

Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Engage with regional teams and gain buy-in about regional deployment of events

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years experience Event Project Management relating to Partners/Channels

Strong collaboration and leadership skills

Excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in event management methodologies

Experience with data analysis and strategic planning to measure growth initiatives

Native-level proficiency in Elglish and Spanish
