As a Partner in our Capital Project Development team, you'll help define the future of energy infrastructure across North America, guiding some of the industry's most significant capital projects from concept through execution. As a senior leader within ERM's Capital Project Development business, you will help clients navigate complex environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder challenges that determine whether major projects move forward successfully.
Working with leading upstream and midstream energy companies, you'll influence critical investment decisions, shape permitting strategies, and help deliver sustainable, resilient infrastructure across the Great Lakes Northeast and beyond.
For the Partner, Environmental Permitting Capital Projects – Oil & Gas (Diversified Energy) position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$175,000 - $202,300 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
