Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between sales and partners' engineering teams for technical handoff.

Job description

• Architect robust, scalable integration patterns on Check's platform


• Provide implementation plans and estimate time to market


• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on partner experiences


• Assist partners with architecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations


• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor after integration


• Own post-sales technical strategy and roadmap alignment


• Maintain relationships with technical stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives


• Provide strategic and technical guidance to drive adoption and growth


• Advocate for partner needs internally and influence product development

• Escalate complex technical issues beyond standard support channels

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building with AI, including LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered tooling


• Strong communication skills and executive presence

• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs


• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including writing and shipping production code


• Experience in customer-facing or solutions engineering roles at a FinTech or SaaS platform preferred


• Hands-on experience with APIs and technical infrastructure


• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs into web applications required


• Ability to work at the intersection of engineering and product, including deep codebase work and communicating tradeoffs to non-technical executives


• Willingness and ability to attend the annual 3-day company offsite and travel occasionally to support partners


• Eligibility to work in the United States
