Job description

**Summary:**

Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Channel Enablement Manager for the wearables Eyewear Channel. This role involves overseeing marketing operations, including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement. The manager will drive and implement the go-to-channel strategy with partners, requiring strong analytical skills and effective communication across internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. Travel may be necessary for presentations and gathering customer requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and execute marketing programs in collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.
  2. Lead Meta RL Channel Marketing strategies with retail partners within set budgets and KPIs.
  3. Manage marketing assets and ensure timely delivery to creative teams and retail partners.
  4. Evaluate campaigns and projects from a broad perspective.
  5. Identify and solve problems creatively using relevant information.
  6. Influence key decisions within cross-functional teams.
  7. Optimize marketing programs for better results and efficiency.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for Meta RL Marketing accounts.
  9. Review and assess campaigns and projects.
  10. Contribute to Channel Marketing goal setting and influence retail teams.
  11. Build and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  1. Over 5 years of experience in channel marketing, sales, or related fields.
  2. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies across online and traditional retail channels with large budgets.
  3. Experience working with online retail partners, understanding key advertising metrics like CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  4. Proven experience in digital currency programs with leading tech brands.
  5. Knowledge of visual merchandising and field service programs.
  6. Understanding of retail performance metrics such as GMROI and inventory turns.
  7. Strong presentation skills.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  1. Global retail experience outside the US.
  2. People management experience.
  3. Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events.
  4. Experience with innovative technology companies like Uber, Stripe, or Apple.
  5. Budgeting and forecasting skills.

**Compensation:**

$129,000 to $187,000 annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
