Job summary

Light is hiring for a partner enablement and implementation leadership role focused on helping partner teams master our Smart Financial Platform. You will train, certify, and support partner implementations, guiding multi-entity accounting and consolidation across a global client set.

You will work in a startup environment, scale enablement programs, and help Light become the global default for next-gen finance through practical, repeatable delivery. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory.
• You communicate clearly with Controllers on multi-entity consolidation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the product expert: demo Light workflows and answer complex accounting questions from partners.
• Own partner activation end to end from deep-dive to Light-certified status.
• Deliver the training curriculum including data migration and live sessions.
• Run shadow and reverse-shadow cycles, assess readiness, and gate certification.
• Sit with partners on first client deliveries and ensure quality.
• Coach on translating finance requirements into platform design: COA, entity structure, consolidation logic.
• Identify off-track deliveries early and intervene; push back on shortcuts that won’t work.
• Build enablement library: curriculum, playbooks, templates, and recordings.
