The team combines deep regulatory expertise with a practical understanding of blockchain technology to develop and implement robust compliance programs. We work closely with business units and product teams to create solutions that protect our company and customers while facilitating growth in both traditional and digital asset environments.
As a Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive AML/CFT due diligence on Paxos\' enterprise partnerships throughout their lifecycles. You\'ll work cross-functionally to contribute compliance expertise to risk reviews of new partner relationships while ensuring accurate compliance contributions to onboarding and ongoing reverse due diligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape compliance processes in an innovative fintech environment while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located within the United States is:
$113,897—$133,996 USD
