Partner Co Sell Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a Co-Sell Manager to drive co-selling initiatives with our most strategic partners in North America. This role involves executing targeted go-to-market campaigns, fostering strong partner relationships, and implementing co-selling strategies to achieve revenue growth within a designated geography. The Strategic Partners include HyperScalers, Strategic System Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Requirements
  • Proven track record in co-selling with Hyper Scalers (AWS, GCP, and/or MS Azure with ‘MarketPlace First’ approach), SIs, and ISVs for building pipeline and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Experience in executing partner-led Go To Market Campaigns with SaaS and Cloud services.
  • Tenacity and focus to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced and complex environments.
Responsibilities
  • Driving partner-led pipeline through targeted co-sell campaigns.
  • Supporting sales in nurturing partner-led pipeline to secure customer wins.
  • Leading priority deals through collaboration with HyperScalers, ISVs, SIs, and Iron Mountain to meet revenue goals.
  • Preparing and presenting co-sell forecast data and recommendations in senior leadership meetings.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with sales leaders and key partners for opportunity identification and account mapping.
  • Representing the voice of the partner through executive engagement and feedback collection.
  • Identifying and resolving roadblocks to unlock scalable co-sell campaigns.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in selling SaaS and Cloud products.
  • Knowledge and track record in selling on Cloud Marketplaces.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders to grow opportunity pipelines.
  • Skills in managing sales activities, including campaign launches, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Understanding of sales operations, quoting, and escalation management with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Clari, etc.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, quick learner, capable of handling ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
Education
  • MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.

Salary range: $91,100 - $121,400 + commissions.
