As a partner brand leader in a department store concession, you will lead, manage, and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
You will stand out for all the right reasons, taking full ownership of the AllSaints experience in your concession, engaging with customers, and providing outstanding service. This role offers an opportunity to introduce AllSaints to new customers and showcase our unique products and customer service.
The role requires excellent time management, resilience, multitasking, and determination to ensure the customer journey, financial targets, and critical business updates are successfully managed.
Leadership will be a key focus, including upskilling and equipping your team with the skills needed to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Pay Range in Huntington Station, NY
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
Hourly Range: $26.00-$29.00/HR (plus potential additional earnings from our team commission scheme). Your hard work can lead to greater rewards.
Our North America region includes 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. Our main operations are based in Los Angeles, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
