Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development and retention.
• Management-side Labor & Employment experience including litigation, labor relations, investigations, wage & hour, and counseling.
• First-chair litigation experience is valued for employment matters.
• Data Privacy & Compliance experience.
• Strong client relationships and ability to transition clients onto a new platform.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership, and client service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding practices.

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys and groups with established client relationships in Labor & Employment, Traditional Labor, Labor Relations, Workplace Investigations, Wage & Hour, and Data Privacy & Compliance. Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record

Portable Business Guidelines

• Individual Partners: Generally $700,000+ in portable business.
• Data Privacy & Compliance Partners: Approximately $500,000+ in portable business.
• Practice Groups: Generally $1.5 million+ in portable business.
• New Office Opportunities: Typically $1 million+ in portable business required to support market expansion initiatives.

Strategic Growth Markets

The firm has a particular interest in candidates located in or interested in helping expand its presence in:

• Seattle, Washington
• Houston, Texas

Strong candidates in other existing firm markets will also be considered.
