About the Role:

Are you a highly motivated, energetic, and competitive sales professional looking to launch or accelerate your career? Are you eager to work in a high-volume, outbound calling environment where persistence and drive lead to big wins? If so, this role is for you!

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for aggressive outbound calling, actively pursuing revenue objectives, and selling services through channel partners to their small and medium-sized business customers. This role is perfect for go-getters who are early in their careers and hungry for success in sales.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to channel partners and their customers to drive sales.
  • Proactively prospecting for new business and sales opportunities through the Partner Channel.
  • Successfully conducting sales presentations demonstrating Intermedia’s voice and data solutions.
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives across all Intermedia product lines.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through the entire sales cycle.
  • Managing customer and partner retention by ensuring satisfaction and responding to escalations quickly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sale experiences for partners and customers.
  • Developing and executing a territory and business development plan.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, channel sales, or sales support (strong internship experience will also be considered).
  • A strong hunter mentality—self-motivated, competitive, and driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills—you thrive in conversations and are persuasive over the phone.
  • A desire to work in a high-paced, aggressive sales environment where persistence pays off.
  • A strong grasp of value-based selling and ability to tailor messaging to customer needs.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and goal-oriented with a passion for growing in a sales career.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
