We’re looking for a Partner Account Executive to drive new business and foster strong relationships within the IT services industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Solution Selling: Engage with new prospects to uncover their needs and present tailored IT solutions that address business challenges across various IT verticals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by closing deals and generating new revenue streams. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize success.
  • Risk Management & Service Delivery: Proactively manage risks and ensure the successful delivery of services, maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and your team.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or technology.
  • Strong experience in IT solution selling, with a focus on cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS, and IT talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT applications, processes, and software.
  • Excellent communication skills—ability to engage both technical and business decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking software.
  • Experience with Talent Management, Talent Solutions, Staffing augmentation companies/services.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
