An established industry player is seeking an Associate Director for Capital Formation and Investor Relations. This individual will be responsible for developing new relationships and managing accounts of a16z limited partners (“LPs”) in a primary geography. The role also involves aligning with one or more of a16z’s vertical funds—e.g., Seed, Venture, Crypto, Bio+Health, Games, Growth.
The a16z Investor Relations (“IR”) team is dedicated to providing an outstanding client experience for our LPs. The individual will report to the Director, Investor Relations, Product & Strategy, and collaborate with investment professionals, operating groups, finance, legal, and compliance teams to coordinate capital formation and investor relations activities.
