Job description

You've delivered when others couldn't: billion-dollar projects, high-stakes expansions, multi-site transformations with zero margin for error. Now command the national facilities mandate that will make or break our aggressive growth trajectory.

2 Hour Learning is scaling our revolutionary K–12 model across America with ruthless efficiency. In the next six months, we're launching 25–30 campuses that demand flawless execution in construction, upgrades, and operational systems. This role isn't about oversight—it's about delivering results with the capital, urgency, and authority to make it happen.

As Partner, you'll lead a full-stack team while owning budget, hiring decisions, and the ultimate accountability for our physical expansion. You'll build the AI-first playbooks that make each new campus launch faster and more efficient than the last. Our private equity-backed model delivers a full year of academic growth in just two hours daily—and we need an elite operator who moves at our pace.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Commanding the national facilities pillar with full P&L ownership across 25–30 campuses, including new builds and major upgrades
  • Leading and scaling a high-performance team (SVP + VPs + staff) with direct authority over execution
  • Developing and enforcing global standards that ensure consistency and excellence across all physical environments
  • Creating AI-first playbooks that systematically eliminate friction and accelerate each expansion cycle
  • Reporting directly to the founder while driving cross-functional coordination to meet non-negotiable deadlines
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Providing recommendations without execution—you own the decisions and their outcomes
  • Managing isolated projects—your mandate is building a national system that scales
  • Maintaining legacy processes—you'll architect next-generation, AI-driven operations
  • Waiting for permission—you drive expansion with decisive, autonomous leadership
Partner Key Responsibilities

Deliver, elevate, and sustain the physical infrastructure that enables our educational revolution—ensuring every campus launches on time with scalable systems that improve with each iteration.

Basic Requirements
  • 10+ years of proven execution leadership in complex, multi-site operations with unforgiving timelines
  • Demonstrated command of new-builds, large-scale upgrades, and operational systems at national scale
  • Hands-on experience with retail buildouts or maintenance programs where standardization was non-negotiable
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with full P&L accountability
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Track record of operating with urgency and autonomy in high-growth or PE-backed environments
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25%
Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Experience launching or scaling regulated, multi-site operations
  • Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion with facilities as a critical path element
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven operational systems
