The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant with experience in placing senior level individuals.

The role

As a Partner within our Executive Search Practice, you will be joining the most profitable part unit within our US business. In this role you will be joining an established and highly successful Executive Search team who focus on placing Partner level individuals into Consultancies throughout The Americas.

This is an opportunity to be in a client facing position with full autonomy to progress in your career as an individual contributor or to a management role in future. You will be supported in identifying candidates by a Research Lead who will assist in running searches for you.

  • Working closely with our Research Lead to ensure a seamless search process.
  • Expanding your client and candidate network to generate new revenue opportunities
  • Supporting on pitches and enable your team to win high value work through nurtured relationships and strategic consultation
  • Keeping up to date with knowledge of your market, as well as emerging trends and how they impact both your and your client’s objectives and plans
  • Proactively share intel and insights that deliver better business results for your wider team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic objectives and leadership needs at every opportunity
  • Developing and executing a tailored search strategies for each assignment, including identifying target companies, industries, and potential candidates.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sharing market insights and collaborate on business development activities to drive practice growth

  • Experience in placing senior level individuals
