What is PACE North?

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) North is a dynamic and growing program dedicated to helping individuals 55 and older who need nursing-level care stay in their homes and communities. Since 2019, we’ve been providing compassionate care to seniors across a 7-county region, and we’re expanding rapidly because our model is making a real difference in people’s lives.

Why Work with Us?

At PACE North, we value our team members and believe in creating an environment where you can thrive. As a full-time team member, you’ll enjoy:

  • Additional Pay Incentives: Extra pay for evening hours after 5 p.m. and weekends!
  • Sign-On Bonus: We’re excited to welcome you to our team!
  • Generous Time Off: Paid holidays and ample PTO to help you recharge.
  • Great Benefits: Health insurance available immediately upon hire, 401k matching, and regular pay reviews.
  • A Supportive Team: Work with a group of passionate, caring professionals who make each day a joy.

What Will You Do as a Driver at PACE North?

As a PACE North Driver, you’ll play a key role in our mission by transporting seniors in our 7-county region to and from our day center, medical appointments, and fun activities. You’ll drive our buses or vans with care, helping participants get on and off safely and ensuring they enjoy every trip. You’ll also have the chance to take our participants on special outings like shopping, visiting museums, or even fishing!

Your role also includes:

  • Maintaining and caring for the buses, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for the next day.
  • Being the first and last point of contact for our participants, setting the tone for their day with a warm smile and positive attitude.
  • Providing essential support to ensure our seniors enjoy safe, comfortable, and enriching experiences.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
  • Enjoys working with people, especially seniors, and brings a compassionate, can-do spirit to everything they do.
  • Holds a valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record (we’ll train you if you’re the right fit, even if you don’t have previous driving experience).
  • Has at least 6 months of experience working with aging adults (or is eager to learn and grow in this field).

If you’re ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors and work with a fantastic team, we want to hear from you!
