A leading financial institution in Pennington seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor to provide clients with tailored advice and solutions for their financial goals. The ideal candidate will possess regulatory licenses (Series 7 and 66), strong multitasking abilities, and exceptional client management skills. This full-time position involves comprehensive interaction with clients and an in-office attendance requirement. A competitive salary between $65,000 and $85,000 is offered, as well as industry-leading benefits.

Formación

• Series 7 and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days).
• Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations.
• Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Triage client leads and meet with clients to review financial and investment goals.
• Build a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial‑center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
