As a Participant Enrollment Specialist, you’ll help guide seniors and their families through the first steps of joining our program. You’ll build relationships, complete assessments, coordinate documentation, and support each prospective participant through the enrollment process. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and enjoys helping others while managing multiple moving parts. You’ll work closely with participants, families, community partners, and our Interdisciplinary Team to ensure a smooth and supportive enrollment experience.

First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.
