Job summary

Pembroke Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a per diem Case Manager to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments, facilitating groups with DBT/CBT skills, and providing crisis interventions in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Program hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with opportunities to work 1–3 shifts (8am–4:30pm) per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or a related field.
• Licensure: LCSW, LICSW, LMFT or LMHC preferred.
• Ability to multitask and shift responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills.
• Preferred prior behavioral health experience.

Per Diem Case Manager Opportunity -

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Case Manager is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a per diem position. Program hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Pembroke Hospital is looking for a Case Manager who is available to work between 1-3 shifts (8am - 4:30pm), Monday - Friday.
