Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers in Williamsport, PA, is seeking reliable Drivers to support our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is a part-time, in-person role with up to 20 hours per week and a split shift schedule.

You will transport children and adolescents safely to and from treatment services, while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. The Driver will operate DTAC vehicles, conduct basic vehicle inspections, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record reviews and background checks.
• Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Judgment to ensure safety during transportation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from program services.
• Follow approved transportation schedules, routes, and guidelines.
• Maintain supervision and safety of passengers at all times.
• Ensure client confidentiality and professional boundaries during transportation.
• Complete required inspection logs and transportation documentation.
• Participate in required training and safety initiatives.
