Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is seeking a passionate part-time soccer coach to lead sessions for children ages 2 to 8. Bring energy, creativity, and a kid-friendly approach to each practice, using Soccer Shots curriculum and safety protocols.

This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to grow into coaching leadership or internships in program coordination. You’ll be part of a fun, values-driven team that celebrates progress and community impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for children and sports as core driver.
• Energetic and engaging coaching style.
• Safety conscious with child-friendly approach.
• Ability to adapt to ages 2–8 in sessions.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites.
• Ability to stand, jog and demonstrate skills.
• Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2–8.
• Set up and take down fields and equipment.
• Promote character development through positive reinforcement.
• Deliver curriculum-based coaching using Soccer Shots' program.
• Keep sessions safe and inclusive and follow on-site protocols.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about progress.
