Job summary

Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to lead sessions for children aged 2 to 8. You’ll help run engaging practices, set up and take down gear, and foster a safe, inclusive environment at each session.

We offer paid comprehensive training to learn our curriculum, flexible scheduling to fit your availability, and opportunities for advancement within the program. Previous coaching is not required, just a love of kids and sports and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• No prior coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible.
• Safety conscious.
• Ability to adapt to ages 2–8.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer sessions for children aged 2–8.
• Set up and break down equipment for each session.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Deliver content using Soccer Shots curriculum and practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate with families and caregivers.
