Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a part-time Youth Skills Worker to support our Restorative Services Program in Oregon. The role focuses on client life skills coaching, de-escalation, and collaborative care with clinical supervision.

Travel across the state is required to support youth where they are located. Ideal candidates have a behavioral sciences background, QMHA qualification, and experience working with at-risk youth and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field preferred.
• QMHA qualification required or earned.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life skills coaching and de-escalation supports.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor and document in program records.
• Support youth across Oregon and comply with HIPAA requirements.
