Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley at Clinton Elementary School is seeking a Part-Time Youth Development Associate aged 18+ to lead hands-on activities that spark imagination, learning, and connection beyond the classroom.

You’ll plan weekly lessons and bulletin boards, supervise activities and field trips, orient volunteers, and help provide meals per USDA standards while maintaining safety and cheerful energy as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age and ability to pass background checks.
• Experience with youth preferred.
• CPR certification offered post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Post weekly plans for parents/guardians and youth.
• Encourage full participation in activities.
• Supervise program areas to ensure youth safety.
