JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Conferences and Institutes is hiring instructors (Instrumentalists and Band Front) for the Blue Band High School Summer Clinic to be held June 26-28, 2025.
Duties include:
Youth Program Instructors are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of minors participating in the program. They will manage all aspects of daily camp administration, including youth compliance policies, emergency response, and communication with Youth Program Leaders and the Program Manager. They must be able to identify and respond to issues concerning camper interactions, behavior, mental health, and acclimation to the camp environment. In urgent situations, they must act quickly and calmly, using sound judgment, handle sensitive issues or information, address camper behavior issues, and follow notification protocols.
