Community Impact Programs in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Part-Time Youth Justice Services Worker to support intensive supervision youth and their families. The role includes counseling, curfew checks, crisis intervention, school support, assessment, and referrals.

The position offers 20-25 hours per week with evenings and Saturdays; pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Local travel with mileage reimbursement; benefits for part-time staff include 401k and profit sharing, EAP, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related; or the equivalent of 60+ completed college credits.
• Must have reliable transportation daily, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate clients and families to complete the intake process.
• Analyze client situations, capabilities, and problems to determine services required to meet the treatment needs of the client.
• Create individual client treatment plans.
• Monitor client behavior by conducting in-person visits each workday.

• Organize and facilitate structured group, individual, and/or family activities.
• Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.
• Safely transport clients as needed.

Education
