The Youth Development Specialist- Health & Wellness Instructor at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley is a part-time role, providing safety and supervision for Club members and delivering health-focused programs under the Program Director. You will implement activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and guide volunteers to ensure a high-yield Club experience.

The position requires 10-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with paid training.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, organizes, and facilitates programs and activities using a formal curriculum.
• Directly runs programming and high-yield activities in the assigned area.
• Promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through nutrition, stress management, and fitness.
• Plans wellness events to showcase youth achievements and celebrate healthy living.
• Administers outcome measurement tools.
• Delivers programs with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
