The Boys & Girls Clubs of Gainesville is seeking a Part-Time Club Fit Instructor to support the Club Fit Program Coordinator in delivering fitness and recreation across sites. This role focuses on meeting grant objectives for the Athletics department and engaging youth ages 6–18 in structured activities.

You will promote the program to families and schools, enroll participants on site, monitor progress, and ensure safety with CPR/First Aid certification.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in PE, nutrition, health or youth development preferred.
• Two+ years’ experience directing/implementing youth physical education or sports programs.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Bi-lingual skills are helpful.
• Ability to motivate Club members.

Mansioni

• Assist in planning and delivering Club Fit program components at all sites.
• Plan and deliver daily curriculum activities to engage youth aged 6–18.
• Ensure lessons align with Georgia DOE Physical Education standards.
• Assist in marketing, enrollment, and community outreach for the Club Fit program.
• Collect baseline and milestone data; monitor participant progress.
• Maintain equipment and participate in BGCL trainings.
