Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar setting with youth.
• Knowledge of curriculum design, teaching methods, and youth development theory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee educational activities (e.g., 21st Century, LEAP, Power Hour).
• Monitor and improve educational delivery with staff.
• Coordinate tutoring and homework help with clubs and partner schools.
• Manage budgets and procure resources for educational programs.
• Train and supervise education instructors to support youth well-being.
