Eudaimonia - Human Flourishing Center in Morrison, CO is seeking a Part-Time Youth Activity Coach / Open Gym Supervisor to supervise and engage children during Open Gym in our parkour, ninja warrior, and aerial silk facility.

This role follows a Jeffco school-year schedule with potential for growth, including to a Summer Lead Coach and paid Parkour Instructor Certification for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Background in coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, recreation, gymnastics, parkour, or similar programs is a plus.

Part-Time Youth Activity Coach / Open Gym Supervisor

Join our team! We're looking for an energetic, caring individual who loves working with kids to supervise and engage children during Open Gym in our unique parkour, ninja warrior, and aerial silk facility with 12 acres of outdoor adventure. This position follows the Jeffco school-year schedule, with opportunities for growth, including the potential to become a Summer Lead Coach and receive paid Parkour Instructor Certification for the right person.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• 1–2 days per week (with opportunities for additional flexible hours)
• This position follows the Jeffco school-year schedule

What You'll Do
You'll help supervise and play with kids during our Open Gym programs, creating a safe, welcoming, and exciting environment where they can stay active and have fun.

Our facility includes:

• Obstacle courses
• Treehouse
• Open fields for sports activities
• Sand beach volleyball courts
