The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, is seeking a Part-Time Yoga Instructor to lead engaging classes for hotel guests and spa clients. You will promote relaxation and wellbeing while delivering a welcoming wellness experience aligned with our people-first culture.

Qualifications include a recognized yoga certification (200-hour YTT preferred), CPR/AED certification, and availability on weekends or holidays.

Qualifikationen

Current yoga instructor certification from a recognized program.
Preferred 200-hour YTT or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

Plan and lead yoga classes appropriate for varying experience levels.
Create a welcoming, calming environment that encourages participation.
Demonstrate yoga techniques, postures, and breathing exercises.
Provide modifications for different abilities and mobility levels.
Monitor participants’ form and ensure safe practice.
Prepare and maintain the yoga studio and equipment.
Communicate class schedules and preparation requirements to participants.
Collaborate with spa and wellness teams for programming and events.
Uphold guest privacy and hotel safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
