• Educate guests on spa services, enhancements, retail products, and wellness recommendations.
• Accurately document services rendered and guest feedback as required.
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments.
• Maintain current knowledge of services, treatments, and spa offerings.
• Adhere to all company policies, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.

Position Summary
