Job summary

Altar'd State in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Part-time Kids Brand Representative. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Weekly hours are around 5–15, with availability during school breaks and on weekends. Reporting to Store Leadership, you’ll help drive sales, engage guests, and uphold brand standards while supporting inventory and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be available year round including summer and winter breaks.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including prolonged standing, reaching, stairs and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise and maintaining an organized store.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and support inventory/merchandising tasks.

Also... we believe you are never too young to change the world. ## Position OverviewReporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual goals, which support store goals. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
