Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and permitted items entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures, reporting prohibited or suspicious items and activities.
• Verify identification, access authorization, and delivery-related documentation for individuals entering controlled areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report irregular conditions.
