Job summary

The position requires 25–29 hours of work weekly, primarily during the day and evening, with possible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work individually or in groups and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience reviewing papers across various subject areas.
• Working knowledge of citation methods.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students in various courses offered by the University.
• Develop student study skills and create a positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of students tutored and appointment times.
• Communicate with the Senior Learning Excellence Specialist regarding student progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
