Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong leadership, administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work some evenings, weekends and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Wrestling Operations with all facets of a competitive NCAA program.
• Recruit and evaluate qualified student-athletes.
• Prepare for game days, scouting, and practice planning.
