Delaware Valley University seeks applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Wrestling Coach in Doylestown, PA. The role reports to the Director of Wrestling Operations and supports all facets of a competitive NCAA program, including recruitment, game-day prep, and skill development.

Responsibilities span practice planning, travel coordination, and collaboration with the athletic staff to promote the program and engage in community service and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong managerial, administrating, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work some evenings, weekends and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Wrestling Operations in all facets of a competitive NCAA athletic program.
• Recruitment and evaluation of qualified student-athletes.
• Game-day preparation and scouting of opponents, practice planning and skill development.
• Grow and develop the wrestling program's social media presence.
• Provide general support to the Director of Wrestling Operations and to the program, including community service and fundraising efforts.
