Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications according to protocols.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and report changes promptly.
• Maintain detailed patient records, including logs and progress notes.
• Collaborate with care teams to update individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on procedures and medication management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
