Qualifications

• Wound care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care following established Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team processes.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care prevention and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
