Job summary

Progress West Hospital is seeking a part-time RN to provide direct patient care in a busy setting with a focus on wound care. The role runs 24 hours per week, primarily 07:30 to 16:30, with Mondays required and potential flex days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care.
• Promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development.
• Develop and document plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
