Qualifications

• Care for all open wounds in the facility, including cleaning and dressing.
• Complete admission paperwork.
• Provide advice and support to Residents and their families.
• Monitor Residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document resident care in charts and department records.
• Adhere to infection-control policies to protect Residents and staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to address Resident needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of Resident information.
• Track infection control and monthly reporting.
