Responsibilities

• Manage all wounds in the facility, including cleaning and dressing.
• Complete admission paperwork for new residents.
• Provide guidance and support to residents and families.
• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document resident care in facility records.
• Enforce infection-control policies and protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to resolve resident needs.
• Ensure quality of care per facility standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality of information.
• Track infection control and report monthly metrics.

• Responsible for all open wounds in the facility- including cleaning and dressing

• Responsible for completing admission paperwork

• Providingadvice & support to the Residents and their families

• DocumentingResident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records

• ProtectingResidents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols

• ResolvingResident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

Requirements:
