Social Media Manager (India-Based | Remote | Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)
Haniff Design, a U.S.-based web design and digital branding studio, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our remote team.
We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about content creation, branding, and digital marketing, and can help us grow our online presence through engaging content and effective ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva or Adobe Express
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Haniff Design and client brands
- Write clear, engaging captions and hashtags that reflect each brand’s tone and message
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (boosted posts, traffic ads, or engagement ads)
- Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare weekly performance reports
- Research emerging trends and recommend strategies to improve visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with the design and web teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media pages for brands, businesses, or agencies
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and running basic ad campaigns (targeting, budgeting, and reporting)
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva (Adobe Express, Figma, or Photoshop is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without supervision
- Stable internet connection

- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible, with overlap during U.S. EST hours)
- Performance Review: Pay increases available after 3 months based on performance and campaign results
